In addition to the terms and conditions set forth here, the Alaska Airlines Contract of Carriage applies to all Alaska Airlines flight reservations.
The Alaska Access subscription is for a minimum period of one year, with payments billed monthly. If the subscriber wishes to cancel, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-applicable one year subscription period. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel; unless otherwise requested the Alaska Access subscription will continue to renew each year and continue to be billed monthly. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to increase the price of an Alaska Access subscription, and will notify customers prior to implementing the higher price and provide the customer with an opportunity to cancel. In case the customer initiates a bank clarification (chargeback) with his/her banking institution regarding the recurring charge of the Alaska Access subscription, customer will not be able to use said subscription until such process is completed and the corresponding payment of the subscription is made, in order for it to be fully paid and valid. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to cancel subscriptions for any reason and prevent future sign-ups for any reason.
The Alaska Access membership entitles the subscriber to receive one Wi-Fi voucher per month, in the form of a unique single-use promotional code, redeemable for Wi-Fi access during a single flight. The voucher will expire if not used by the end of the month, and does not roll over. Use of vouchers is subject to WiFi Onboard’s terms of use and privacy policy. Internet speed and availability may vary.
Personalized fare pages are accessible without a log-in and therefore are accessible to the general public if shared. Early sale access is not guaranteed to be exclusive to Alaska Access subscribers. Alaska Airlines maintains the right to notify and grant access to any sale before publishing it via Alaska Access, in Alaska Airlines’ sole discretion. No additional discount above or beyond a sale or deal price is marketed or granted to Alaska Access subscribers as a part of their subscription. If a new subscriber is registered within one week of a planned early-sale-alert, the early sale notification to that subscriber is not guaranteed.
The Alaska Access subscriber can review Alaska Airlines Privacy Notice for information regarding the use of information to honor early sale access and personalized fare pages. By enrolling in Alaska Access, the subscriber is opting to receive Alaska Airlines marketing communications. By opting in to marketing communications, the subscriber also consents to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement to opt in. The subscriber may withdraw his/her consent to the use of the electronic record through online Mileage Plan account or by calling Alaska Airlines Customer Care at 1-800-654-5669. Withdrawing his/her consent may result to the subscriber losing access to some benefits of the Alaska Access subscription, and he/she will not be entitled to a refund of membership fee. To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding his/her enrollment in this program, the subscriber will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. If joining Mileage Plan through Alaska Access enrollment, the subscriber agree to the Mileage Plan terms and conditions, as well as the website terms of use.
